Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Fashionstylefirst, we process orders quickly to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Because of this, cancellations and modifications are only possible within a limited timeframe after an order is placed.

This policy explains when and how you can cancel or change an order, and what limitations apply once processing or shipping has begun.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after being placed. Once an order enters the processing stage, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellation Conditions:
  • Cancellation requests must be made quickly after purchase.
  • Orders already in processing cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns Policy.

Order Changes

We may be able to assist with limited order modifications if the request is made before processing begins.

Possible changes may include:

  • Updating shipping address (if not yet processed).
  • Correcting customer contact information.
  • Changing size or color (subject to availability).

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment or shipping stages.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order.

Please include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Full name used in the order
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Clear description of the requested change or cancellation

After Order Has Been Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been delivered, you may refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for eligible return options.

Failed Cancellation Requests

If a cancellation request is not approved due to processing or shipping status, the order will continue as normal and be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for receiving the package or initiating a return after delivery if eligible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will typically be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional fees or deductions.

We encourage customers to ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
