How do I place an order?

What happens after checkout?

We start preparing your order right away. Standard handling time is 1-2 business days. Once your package is on the move, tracking details are sent so you can follow delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Our standard handling time is 1-2 business days, and standard transit time is 2-5 business days. Business days don’t include weekends or holidays.

Returns

What’s the return window and what do I need?

You have 30 days from delivery to send items back. Items should be in original condition (unworn and unwashed). Include any original packaging components that came with the product.

How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We don’t charge a restocking fee.

Do you refund the original shipping fee?

The original shipping fee is refunded only when we’re at fault (for example, damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your statement.

How will I be refunded?
