Waiting on a new look and want the timeline fast? Here it is: we process orders in 1-2 business days, standard delivery takes 2-5 business days, and shipping is $6.99 per order. You’ll get tracking as soon as your package heads out.

Destination availability

We ship to addresses our carriers can service. If your address cannot be serviced, we’ll email you. If we’re unable to ship to the address, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund.

Split shipments

Sometimes items ship from different locations. Your order may arrive in separate packages, and you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking and scan times

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the initial scan.

Possible delays

We work to meet the timelines above, but events outside our control—such as severe weather, customs processes, or carrier disruptions—can cause delays.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You’re responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are not covered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or seems lost, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and items (if applicable) so we can help quickly.
