How to request a return

  4. Attach the required photos
  5. Note your preferred resolution: exchange (if available) or refund

We reply within 1-2 business days. If approved, we’ll email instructions and the return address for sending the item back.

Who pays for return shipping

  • Our error (defective, damaged, wrong item/size, or significantly different): fashionstylefirst covers the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind (including fit/style preference): you cover the return shipping cost.

What we can’t accept

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use
  • Items missing original tags
  • Returns based only on minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to screen settings

Exchanges

If the size or color you want is in stock, we can exchange after we approve your request. If the preferred option isn’t available, we’ll proceed with a refund according to this policy.

After your return arrives

  • Inspection and processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the item
  • Refund appearance on your statement: typically 5-10 business days after processing
  • No restocking fee
  • Original shipping is refunded only when fashionstylefirst is at fault
